Find out first is what kinds of things he is into.
If you want, to learn more about him, you should you know some of the things he is into it will help in the long run. Is he into music? What kind does he like? Does he play or like to watch sports? Find out where he likes to hang out at? Now that, you have found out more about him, you can concentrate on the things that you might have in common.
Is there anything that you have in common?
Possibly you both like the same music, or even the same sports team. Many times you can get a guy for a one night stand over a beer. This, however, may not be a lifetime or long term relationship. So you should decide what it is you want for before you try to catch the man of your dreams.
What is it that you are hoping to find?
Be realistic in the things you would like in a man. Make a list and write them down, if being treated like a woman is one of the things then make put it at the top of your list. Honesty and trust should be high on that list. Once you have your list made you should be able to narrow down the field a bit. Ask yourself, what do I need a man for? Do I need someone to hang out with? Do I need someone to be friends with? Should I look for my soul mate? After you have put some genuine thought behind these questions, then continue your search to get the man you want.

Be confident this seems to be almost an aphrodisiac for men. Put your best features out there. When you are, trying to find Mr. Right you will want to look the best you can. Physical attraction is the first thing he will see. Looking your best and showing that you are confident and sharp are positive ways to his attention. Remember the words out of your mouth will determine what he thinks of you right away. First impressions are the most beneficial if you want to get a man that is worth keeping. So if, you show up looking shady, though he might think you look sexy, he may also think you are easy, and sex will be about it. This is not how to the way you want him to think of you unless all you want is sex.
The possible meeting dos and do not!
Dos: “Accidently” running into him, it might be a brilliant idea instead of calling first. See how things go, a test run if you will. If, for example, you are able to run into him at a party, have someone introduce you from there it is in your hands. Eye contact is essential. This is a terrific way to get a conversation started and let him know that you are interested. Getting his number is much easier that you might think. Do, take things slowly don’t rush into things it could be disastrous.
Do not:
When you think that you could have found the guy you want at a party, just remember don’t get drunk before you get the number. You could be more than upset when you wake up to see that his number is entirely un-readable. Don’t wear something that may make you look sloppy, or unattractive don’t think that a pretty face alone is going to get you by.

Try to know what your values are and exactly what you are trying to find, and not just to ending up with a one night stand. Dress for success and confident in yourself, it is your most sexy asset. Find the things you have in common and work from there. Knowing how to get the man you want is not something that comes quickly or overnight. Make a positive first impression. It may be the only one you get. If, he is interested he will have no problems in letting you know about it.
